美国人说HK的骚乱是风景线，那么美国民众的正义斗争，更是美如画。这不是骚乱暴乱，而是反抗，是革命，美国政府对外大搞侵略，对内搞血腥镇压，已经成为全世界人民的公敌，成为阻碍人类文明发展的罪魁祸首，我们要坚定不移地，旗帜鲜明地支持美国民众反抗暴力压迫的正义斗争！

 

 

日前，一名无辜的黑人平民死在了白人警察的暴力执法之下。瞬间，美国就掀起了反抗的浪潮，目前已蔓延至美国二十个州。走上街头的，不仅有黑人，还有亚裔等少数族裔，更有白人。大家有一个共同的诉求，黑人理应得到公正的对待。

 

死去的黑人名叫弗洛伊德，他并不是一个大奸大恶之徒，在被制服之后，仍然被警察粗暴地施用暴力，弗洛伊德苦苦哀求无果，直至奄奄一息。这不是执法，而是对生命的肆意践踏，美国警察是如此的冷血，在这一点上，与那些杀人不眨眼的恐怖分子有什么区别呢？

 

这并非一个孤立事件，美国人民愤怒了，这是美国社会矛盾长期积累而导致暴发的一个导火索，而美国社会矛盾的根源就是不公平，种族歧视随处可见，暴力执法愈演愈烈。

 

据《2019年美国人权报告》：美国国内近年来发生的恐怖活动大多与白人至上主义暴力有关；美国警察枪杀和残暴虐待非洲裔案件频发，非洲裔成年人被监禁的概率是白人成年人的5.9倍。

 

这种不公平在这次美国疫情中完全体现出来了，黑人受到检测与医疗救治的比例不到1/3，在有些州甚至不足1/7（此数字表达不清。另有报道指，在一些州，黑人感染新冠病毒后的死亡率是白人的三倍到七倍。——小编注）。

 

一位美国顶尖科学家发现了一个问题，美国疫情爆发后境内黑人死亡率和确诊人数明显高于白人。黑人被禁止戴口罩，生病了也不给检测，更要命的是在医疗物资短缺的情况下，医院往往优先收治白人，完全没有秉承先来后到的规则。这位科学家声称美国医院实际上是在实行“种族屠杀”。

 

虽然美国号称言论自由，但这位科学家在发出质疑后，很快就被社交媒体封杀。虽然科学家被禁止说话，但黑人死亡率远远高于白人却是不争的事实。

 

这种不公平，远远不限于种族歧视，就连在白人社会，贫民与富裕阶层的差距同样是惊人的，优质的医疗服务是为富裕阶层准备的，贫民根本没有能力担负昂贵的医疗费用，有权有势有钱的阶层，能够优先接受新冠检测。

 

美国社会的分化分裂已经相当严重，中下阶层和少数族裔日渐边缘化，决定这一切的根源，并不是意识形态，而恰恰是垄断资产阶级不断发展的结果。仓廪实而知礼节，衣食足而知荣辱。贫富差距逐渐扩大，是威胁美国社会稳定的根本性因素。

 

对于出现的社会问题，美国政府并没有着手解决，而是任由其扩大，针对美国因疫情爆发而出现的社会失序，美国警察毫无作为。

 

有人困惑，为什么10万新冠病人死亡，美国没闹起来，而现在因为一个黑人便有这么大的动静？有人说前者是天灾，后者是人祸，其实只说对了一半。

 

美国的疫情已经事实性地引发了经济危机，目前美国失业人口超过三千万（目前已超过四千万，——小编注），大量中下层民众需要依靠救济才能生存，由这种生存危机诱发的社会危机已酝酿许久了。

 

美国政府难道只是在被动应付吗？当然不是，美国政府大概率地清楚将来会发生的社会危机，特朗普当局心知肚明，美国社会依靠补贴过活的政策是持续不了的，如果拖到将来美国社会危机的总暴发，对美国政府来说就是灾难。

 

笔者以为，这次美国黑人被执法而死事件，很有可能是美国政府故意为之，美国精英阶层就是为了激怒少数族裔，然后一网打尽。

 

在这种迅速点燃的反抗斗争中，我们发现一些异常，明尼苏达州的一位警察冒充抗议者搞打砸抢;美国一地摄像监控发现，美国警察在执法中纵火烧毁建筑，可见，美国警察是故意将这场斗争引向暴乱的性质，以便警方的大规模行动。

 

针对美国各地的斗争，美国现任总统特朗普的态度很鲜明：一旦示威者进行打砸抢，就可以对示威者开枪。特朗普的简单粗暴，更加反映出美国精英阶层对待中下阶层的冷血和歧视。

 

而特朗普一上台就表达了鲜明的种族歧视的立场，人类的一切言行，都打上了阶级的烙印，美国精英层级对中下阶层开始厌恶，这正是资本主义发展到瓶颈时，大小资本之间、资本与劳动者之间这种对抗性的矛盾的体现，中小资产阶级的分割蛋糕的需求，普通民众改善生活的诉求，已经成为垄断资产阶级继续向前发展的阻碍。

 

28日，明尼苏达州州长蒂姆·沃尔兹宣布调动国民警卫队维持秩序，"约500名国民警卫队目前已完成集结，首批队员已前往镇压骚乱。"

 

哪里有压迫，哪里就有反抗。民族要独立，人民要解放，是不可阻挡的历史潮流。虽然在抗议中人们打出的口号只是反对暴力执法，但是美国的民众正在觉醒，有人认识到，正是资本主义，让美国的警察机构成为恐怖的暴力机器，美国人民的抗议斗争，已经将矛头指向资本主义的老巢，这是一场反对腐朽衰败制度的伟大斗争。

Recently, an innocent black civilian was killed by the violence of a white police officer. In an instant, the United States began a wave of resistance, which has now spread to twenty American States. Some wonder why 100,000 new patients die, America doesn't stir, and now there's all this commotion about a Black Man? Some people say that the former is a natural disaster, the latter is a man-made disaster, in fact, only half right. 

 

The US epidemic has in fact triggered an economic crisis that has been brewing for a long time, with more than thirty million Americans currently out of work and a large number of middle and lower class people relying on relief to survive. Is the U.S. government just reacting? Of course not. The U.S. government is fully aware of the social crisis that will occur in the future, and the Donald Trump administration is well aware that the policy of relying on subsidies for living in the U.S. can not be sustained if it is delayed until the general outbreak of the social crisis in the U.S. in the future, would be a disaster for the U.S. government.
